 (3.5/5 stars) I really wish this worked better for me because it smells so good! The scent is a delicate rice pudding; it has a nice, calming effect. Unfortunately, I haven’t observed any noticeable differences after using it. Since the consistency is light and slightly runny, a little goes a long way. I would say that one little capsule is good for 6, maybe 7 uses. Innisfree is currently running a promotion on sleep care – at half price these are a steal! Although it doesn’t really work for me, I’d buy it again (on special) because of the smell and the calming effect it gives. Considering the amount of natural and superstar ingredients, it’s definitely a product worth trying for yourself.

The directions say to apply it on as the last step in your nightly routine. I suggest that you don’t put it on right before bed because it takes awhile to absorb into the skin. The consistency isn’t sticky at all, so even if you fall asleep while it’s still wet, it doesn’t leave an awful residue on your pillow (I’ve done this before)! I actually love the smell, so I don’t mind
